盐城市金巨石油机械制造有限公司成立于2009年5月，地处江苏省盐城市亭湖区南洋镇头灶工业园区。公司专业从事石油机械领域的工艺装备非标设计及自动化类新产品开发等。2015年公司被授予“盐城市油气井带压起管设备工程技术研究中心”。同年被授予“江苏省国家级高新技术企业”称号。 企业还通过ISO9001：2015质量管理体系认证，ISO14001:2015环境管理体系认证，GB/T28001-2011职业健康安全管理体系认证，取得了中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证（井口装置和采油树、节流压井管汇）
公司与同江苏大学、安徽理工大学、盐城工学院等院校开展了多种形式的产学研合作。拥有30多项国家认证及技术亮点，其中带压作业方面的发明专利就有6项，如：带压起下抽油杆作业装置（ZL2010 1 0195234.8）、带压起下油管和抽油杆作业一体机（ZL201510953183.3）、可捞自由下滑油管堵塞器（ZL201510071101.2）、井下油管起下过程中接箍控测装置（ZL201610480580.8）、一种配水器外密封工具及其使用方法（ZL2017107829809）一种水力投送钢丝打捞油管堵塞装置及其使用方法（202011213558x）。另有多项发明认证在实审过程中。
目前，公司还在江苏油田组建了5个修井队伍，其中三个带压、两个小修。为公司的新产品开发提供了强力支撑。

It holds more than 30 national patents, including 6 invention patents related to operations under pressure, such as: the operation device for lifting and lowering sucker rod under pressure (ZL2010 1 0195234.8), the integrated machine for lifting and lowering tubing and sucker rod under pressure (ZL201510953183.3), the free-falling tubing plug that can be fished (ZL201510071101.2), the coupling control and measurement device during the lifting and lowering of downhole tubing (ZL201610480580.8), a water distributor external sealing tool and its usage method (ZL2017107829809), and a hydraulic delivery wireline fishing tubing plugging device and its usage method (202011213558x). Additionally, multiple patents are currently in the substantive examination process.
Currently, the company has established five workover teams in Jiangsu Oilfield, including three for pressure workover and two for minor workover. This provides strong support for the company's new product development.
